Return and Refund Policy
DOEL is committed to providing a comfortable and calm buying experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Any requests made after 30 days will not be processed. Please be sure to contact us first via email (fanny@gbtops.com).
Return and Exchange Conditions
- Items that are returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of your receipt.
- Packaged in the original packaging with lampshade, all parts and components.
- All items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, in new condition, with no damage or broken wires.
- For returns or exchanges, customers must use the shipping method that provides tracking information.
Non-Returnable Items.
- Special offers or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Customized products are non-refundable.
- Customer caused damage/loss is non-refundable.
General Return Process
- To initiate a return: Please send a photo and/or video of the item to fanny@gbtops.com and give us your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility of your return request within 2 business days.
- Sending items back: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange by a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
- Refunds or Exchanges: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days and then offer an exchange or refund.
Return Charge
- If the return is due to our problem (e.g. incorrect product, product quality issue, wrong address sent), we will provide you with a full refund.
- If the return is due to a buyer's problem (e.g., don't like/don't want the item, wrong item/size ordered, incorrect or incomplete mailing address provided), the buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs.
- No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for returned products.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided in the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you do not receive your refund within 5-7 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be officially issued. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at fanny@gbtops.com.
Please note: We do not refund our original shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
- If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment has been completed and the package has not been shipped, you may cancel your order before the item is shipped. We will refund your money in full.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped.
Product Damage
If any part is damaged during shipping or any defect is found during installation, we will replace the part free of charge. However, damage/lost caused by the customer is not refundable.
