Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DOEL. To track your order, please contact DOEL(lucia@gbtops.com) so we can provide you with a tracking number for your order.

Order Processing Time

  • This is the time between the time a customer places an order and the time the seller gives the order to the shipping service.
  • Typically, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may be delayed.
  • Our warehouse is only open during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum.


Tracking

  • You will receive an email after your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.


Exceeded Delivery Time

If your order is delayed at please contact us via email lucia@gbtops.com, we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.


Order Cancellation

  • If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is complete and the package has not been shipped, you may cancel your order before the item is shipped. We will refund your money in full.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped.


About taxes

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
