Delivery area and shipping fees

United States: Free shipping to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or island destinations.

Canada: Free shipping to all 10 provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan. We do not currently deliver to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut or Yukon.

U.S. orders ship from our U.S. warehouse; Canadian orders ship from our Canadian warehouse. Select your delivery country to view the products available for your market.

Processing and transit time

Order processing normally takes 2–5 business days after order confirmation and payment. For U.S. deliveries, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Canadian delivery times vary by destination; please contact us for an estimate before ordering. Processing and transit are separate periods; weekends and holidays are not business days. The dispatch confirmation and carrier estimate for your order provide the most relevant delivery information.

Fulfillment and tracking

Orders may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment or an Amazon partner carrier. Once your order has shipped, we will provide the available tracking details by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

If tracking is unavailable or delivery is delayed, contact servicepro@gbtops.com with your order number. We normally reply within one business day, based on China Standard Time (UTC+8).

Order cancellation

Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. An order that has not shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. After dispatch, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
