• Operating Cost

Operating cost varies with electricity tariffs, weather, water temperature and pool-cover use. Compare models using performance at the same stated test conditions.

  • Energy Efficiency (COP)

COP describes heat output relative to electrical input at a specified test condition. Check the selected model’s performance table; COP changes with air and water temperature and operating load.

  • Electrical Installation

Models below 10kW use 110V and include a power cord and plug. Models rated 10kW and above use 220–240V and require an installer-selected power cable. Follow the product nameplate and manual.

  • Climate Suitability

Choose capacity for your pool volume, local winter temperature and desired water temperature. Heating output declines as ambient temperature falls; use model-specific data and a pool cover when assessing suitability.
